These are the terms and conditions of use for our Site ("Terms"). We also provide the Careology
platform ("Platform") which is our a digital healthcare solution targeted at healthcare
professionals, patients and caregivers. Use of the Platform is governed by alternative terms,
Careology is not a healthcare provider. It is a communication platform only and Careology is
not responsible for any information, including the accuracy of such information, communicated
through it by healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers.
Your use of the Site will be subject to these Terms and by using the Site you agree to be bound
by them. Do not use the Site if you do not agree to all of these Terms.
We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time by changing them on the Site.
