When you’re going through cancer treatment, even mild symptoms can feel worrying. This service gives you fast access to a Boots Macmillan Information Pharmacist, so you can get fast expert advice, while keeping hospital lines free for urgent care.
As part of your Guy’s Cancer care, you can book a call with a Boots Macmillan Information Pharmacist directly through your Careology app. Simply log a symptom into the app and request a call-back. A pharmacist will ring you in 2 hours or less to offer advice on side effects and symptoms, guidance on medication, fill a prescription when needed, and give you reassurance in between appointments.

The service is available to adults over 18 who are undergoing active chemotherapy treatment at Guy’s Cancer. When you request a call, your relevant health information is securely shared with Boots.
